A Learning, Development and Customer Experience professional, Aparna has over 20 years’ cross-functional experience in aviation & travel industry, an Executive qualification from IIM Calcutta and a Blended Learning Certification from Training Accreditation Programme, UK. Having been part of the British Airways Global training team, she has conducted training needs analysis, designed and delivered learning interventions across multiple functional areas – Sales, Marketing, Contact Centres, Customer Service and Leadership Learning. Her assignments have covered numerous countries and diverse cultures.
Aparna’s strength is her cross-functional experience and ability to help people see the bigger picture and align their skills and capabilities with business goals to produce results. She has the ability to link theory to practice – make training practical and usable in the real world.
Besides Corporate training ranging from skill development to leadership development, she has delivered wide-ranging soft skills training to college students and conducted their pre-placement improvement interviews as an HR panellist.
She also holds Trainer Certifications from NABET (National Board of Education and Training), India and SQA (Scottish Qualification Authority), UK.
