Having been part of the British Airways Global training team, she has managed training projects, designed and delivered strategy driven learning interventions across multiple functional areas, countries and cultures. She has also headed Customer Experience for a leading european travel company.
Aparna’s strength is her cross-functional experience and ability to help people see the bigger picture and align their skills and capabilities with business goals to produce results. She has the ability to link theory to practice – make training practical and usable in the real world.
